My wonderful Diet and the good and bad points.

I have been on the Weight Watchers Plan since Aug.  I love it.  I love being to eat what I want.  When I want.  I don't have to buy any special food and I am loosing weight.  I need to start exercising but I am not doing enough of that.  I try to move around some and such.  I am down like 33 some odd pounds.  I will keep yall posted.
